Arkansas Division of Workforce Services is Hiring a Property Maintenance Near Conway, AR
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform quality and timely minor/routine repairs and maintenance in units and throughout property in a safe manner.
- General building and grounds maintenance.
- Complete items on Service Requests for units and property.
- Perform preventative maintenance in units and throughout property.
- Perform purchasing and inventory control of supplies and parts.
- Perform repairs and maintenance for emergency situations.
- Painting, fixing wall damage, replacing fixtures.
- Landscaping duties may also be assigned.
- Light Electrical, Light Plumbing, Make-Ready experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass a background check and a drug screening.
